    Hey Folks,

I have come for some pearls of wisdom!

My friend has request some chickens from a crazy lady, she told us (pictured) that this was a roo easter egger but I am not so sure, what do you all think?

I have run easter eggers through google and it seems to be a mine field with there being no set breed definition!

    thanks guys :)[IMG]

Sickle feathers are starting to show, pretty sure you've got a cockerel. Looks like a cuckoo marans EE mix?

Well he's 13 weeks old so I was expecting the sickle feathers to be more prominent? I've just found out that there's some road island red in there too!

  5. Handsome little cockerel. [IMG] Could there possibly be a little Legbar in the mix? It almost looks like he's got a teeny tiny crest, but I could very well be wrong.

Might be an Easter Egger, but not a typical one. Looks like it's a Legbar cross.

Cockerel looks like he has a lot different breed bits in there.
