Hen or Roo (White Leghorn)

Hello all!
I was just looking for some opinions on whether this white leghorn is a hen or a roo. They are two days off nineteen weeks old.

I'm mostly curious because they are such a different body shape than the rest of my flock (that being said every chicken I have is a different breed)

I have heard no signs of crowing yet, or seen any formation of spurs (though I know it may be a bit eatle for either of those)

I agree, this is a pullet. At 19 weeks old, you would be seeing saddle feathers (albeit, a bit harder because the color, haha). And I'm sure you would have heard a crow by now. But the saddle area seems to be full of nice round feathers, judging by her comb. She's getting close to the point-of-lay too
