Hello, I am a new chicken father. I bought all pullets, however I have my suspicions about 1 of my Americana. He will bite and pin down the necks of the others. Any help?

I bought 16 pullets last year 6 ended up being roosters...it is very frustrating.

A local farm store, I think they get most of their stock from Murray McMurray Hatchery.
