Hen or Roo?

Hello!! We are fairly new to having chickens My mom has had them for years so I have some knowledge BUT im sure there's soooo much for us to learn!! Which leads me to my question, is this ror a rooster or a hen? My mother had a red that disguised himself for quite some time he even ripped his own Spurs out. There are quite a few reasons why I believe Scarlett might be a rooster. Our ooster, which is a silkie sseems to act crazy around Scarlett, he's always charging or circling around him/her.. during certain times, like feeding for example scarlett is very standoffish and almost intentionally distances herself! Her comb is also larger as well as her gobbles!! Help!!

She's definitely a hen-- no sign at all of her being male, and there would be signs at that age. Your silky is probably just especially attracted to her and is doing the mating dance around her.

She appears to be an adult RLR. The silkie sounds like he is interested in her and is trying to court her to mate. How old are they? If you aren't getting eggs yet you probably will start getting them soon.

Thank you so much everyone. We believe she is about 9 months old, we know for sure the silky is 6 months and boy has he really coming to his ego lately LOL. We got five hens full-sized 3 Rhode island reds, and to barred Rock. I'm currently raising 11 baby chicks as well we have 2 Blue Andalusian, 1 black copper maran, 2 Golden polish, 3 silver polish, 1 leghorn, 1 Egyptian Fayimou, and one mystery chick. They have truly become my babies... It's such an adventure raising baby chicks!! We just upgraded their living space and they are happy as can be
