Also this chicken has pecking and kinda of bullied others so still not sure if he/she is a hen or rooster.

I can promise you that's a rooster. Not just because of the wattles & comb. His face is definitely a roosters face.

Yeah definitely. Plus the super thick legs and lack of a tail. Definitely a rooster!!!

He/she’s has a thicker tail no it’s shorter in that picture because the chicken has a pasty butt problem so we had to trim the feathers.

Ahh okay that makes sense!! I was gonna say sometimes roosters are slower to grow their tails. I still say rooster though even with a tail because of the comb and wattles.
