Hen or Roo?

Hi everyone! So I bought a silkie chick a few months ago hoping it would turn out to be a hen, but I caught it crowing this morning. A friend of mine who has had chickens for years says she still thinks it’s a hen as hens can crow as well... I’m going to post some pics to see what others think. We live in city limits and are not allowed to have Roos, but we don’t not want to rehome if we do not have to. What do y’all think?

How old? Older hens can crow, but if it’s under 5 months, it’s male.

Looks like you have a rooster, sorry. That comb is pretty big and the crowing is the clincher. Hopefully others will post and confirm!
