Hen or Roo?

This is my white crested polish about 2-3 months old. Hoping for a hen as I am unable to have a rooster due to law. Here are some pictures, sorry she won’t let me close because she is very skittish

It's best to do it sooner than later, he's not going to turn into hen, unfortunately

Would this be a roo or a hen? I’ve had chickens before. It’s about 18 weeks old. We haven’t heard it make a sound. But this is my first time having a silver laced Polish.
