Hen or roo?

    This little black bantam is just now beginning to act like a rooster. More aggressive and loud. I actually managed to get a video of one of the many vocalizations, along with a decent shirt shot of how it looks. What do you look for to determine if it's a boy or girl? It's tiny and has iridescent feathers. Green adn blue, in the sun. It's ears are turquoise green!

    I have to agree. It looks (and sounds) like a hen to me.

    Good. I like her more now that I know she's a she. I can't have roosters in town. And I don't think I could send this one to freezer camp. Too cute.
