Hen or Rooster, and what breed?

I was told this was a 15-20 week old Buff Orpington rooster when I got it, 10 weeks ago. I am skeptical about the age, breed and sex now. I have another Buff rooster who is twice this size and has been crowing like crazy for a few weeks now. Any thoughts?

It's definitely a rooster. He looks like he's probably a buff orpington mix.

I'm pretty sure he's a boy, but he's not a pure Buff Orpington. He is a mix of some kind.

Definitely not a Buff Orpington. X4 on mixed breed rooster.

He looks like a buff Orp mixed with something red. Definitely a rooster. Orpingtons can be slow to mature, and maybe he's just skeered of the older guy.
