Hen or rooster...black laced red Wyandotte

So...what y'all think? He/she is 15 weeks old in this pic but he/she is now 19 weeks old and crowed this morning. He/she is a black laced red Wyandotte and was bought as a sexed female but I think the feed store said it's only like 85% chance of accuracy. Lol. I know one thing...this chicken has the longest legs I've ever seen on a chicken thinking it's name should be road runner lol! So yall think it's for sure a rooster? I haven't gotten any eggs from it but none of the others have started laying either. I would give an updated picture from today but it's pouring rain here today.

Wow - Those are some long legs! Looks like a cockerel to me, but I'm not seeing any definite cockerel traits (I think I see saddles but I'm not positive). Can you get any better pics of the saddle area? It's a bit blurry when I zoom in.
