Hen or Rooster?

I have a silver Phoenix, Americauna cross (at least that's what I was told she was)that I thought was a hen, but she recently started crowing. She is about 13 weeks old. She doesn't look like a rooster to me but she fights with my rooster (from the same clutch, he's a pure silver Phoenix), and now she is crowing...although not as much as the rooster. It's hard to see in the pictures, but her tail is dark green.
