Hen or rooster

Hello, this is my first time owning chickens and I’m tryin to figure out if my Buff Orpington is a rooster or a hen. Can I please get some help? He/she is about 3 months old.

It may sound weird but I usually go by the thickness of their legs, kinda looks like a hen but I may be wrong.

It’s no problem. I hope you find him a good home. Is he sweet? Buff Orp roos that are angels are loved as flock roosters by many.
