Hen or Rooster?

Not sure what gender this is or breed. It always watching you, it's 6 weeks old. It has been chasing my 2 years old hens around when there together. I ended up separating the older hens and the little chicks for the meantime. But now, this chick is starting to get on top of my other chicks and chase them around. No crowing or anything yet.
