Unfortunately I'm not sure how old they are. We acquired them. They are not full grown.

Okay, I am guessing the first one is Cockerel and the second one is a pullet. Not sure though. Good luck!

they look 4 to 6 weeks old (just a guess) right now they look like hens but not sure

The brown one is a bit larger then the white one... He/she tries to protect the white one it seems by 'putting' white one under his/her wing. So then I was wondering well maybe it's a hen because its being mother-like. But I'm brand new to chickens. All I can say is I'm in love.
