Hen possible skin infection or result of bullying?

One of our older hens was bullied by a roo (no longer with us) and today we noticed her neck looking a bit infected. We cleaned it with peroxide and water. Once we did that the black looking skin just kind of rubbed off and left an open spot. What’s our next move? I’ve attached a photo of right after we cleaned it and right after the skin peeled off.

I'd just get a wound spray, and apply as necessary. Anything that looks bloody or fresh will attract more pecking.
