Hen pushing crop upwards

Hello, so recently my sebright bantam hen had a very, very red face(she usually has a grayish face and every once in a while have red around her eyes), she also seemed slightly bigger than usual. She was just standig in place doing nothing and she starts "yawning" And "gasping", she was also pushing her crop up. Do you know what this could be? Gape worm? Sour/impacted crop?

Does she live in a very hot temperature? My chickens gasp and pant and their faces turn red in the summer.

No, at this time it's 54°
But she has gotten back to shape (I didn't witness it), but I'm still curious of what this is and if it's serious
