Hen seems egg bound, very lethargic and not pooping or laying eggs, HELP!

My hen has been very lethargic every since I got her. HAsn't been laying eggs, pooping or eating. I gave her some calcium tablets and a warm bath but I'm running out of ideas, please help.

Have you tried feeling inside her vent for an egg or egg pieces? Lubricate your finger with some baby oil or Vaseline and see if you feel anything. When my silkie was egg bound I did this and felt nothing. So I lubricated her vent and outside with baby oil. I made her drink Tums water, which was crushed Tums into a powder and mixed with water. I put her to roost and she passed the egg by morning
If she's weak get her to drink some electolyte water or water with nutri drench. Boiled eggs are also a lifesaver.
