Hen sneezing

My hen is sneezing a lot. It is very loud. Is anything wrong?

Hi there!

Are there any other symptoms like runny nose?

It is very hot, dry and dusty here. A couple of my ladies are sneezing too, but their eyes are bright, they noses are clean and dry and they are having no trouble at all breathing, so I have to assume that they are healthy.
