Hen swollen wattle and strange color and Closing one eye

When I came home tonight my young hen was standing in her pen with her eyes closed I called her and she didn’t move so I went in to get her. when I picked her up she didn’t make any noise, open her eyes or move. she lowered her head as if she was asleep and when I brought her in the house she opened one eye but not the other a little later I noticed her waddle is swollen and is a strange color. Her wattle it really small and it is like double in size
She also wouldn’t eat anything just went to the corner and sat down.
Any opinions on what is wrong or advice is appreciated.

I didn’t notice any. She was acting completely normal this morning

Look for lice in between her feathers on her neck.Give her crushed garlic in water as soon as possible and if she cant open her mouth give it to her in a syringe.Its ok if the garlic doesnt go down but it would be better if it does go down
Sound like its either internal parasites or external parasites

Is she showing any respiratory issues, like heavy breathing? Nasal discharge?

How's her legs, any signs of discoloration/red splotches? If so that's hemeraging of the legs.

Trying to rule out bird flu, purple discoloration of the face, & swelling are two of them.

I can get garlic but I don’t have any fresh at the moment.

No respiratory issues or any of that that I can tell

Legs seem fine

Her face isn’t as discolored this morning.
Wattle still bigger than it was

She’s not eating that much and is kinda lethargic. But is making some noise this morning

It feels normal. I just checked it
It’s still early so it’s pretty empty but has some food in it
Doesn’t feel hard
