Hen throwing up?

I have a hen, I know she's not egg bound she laid an egg today, her color and waddles look normal only thing off is she doesn't act like she can or wants to walk, she doesn't act weak, but when I picked her up her vitamin water up chucked out of her mouth like crazy! What could be wrong?

Did you accidentally squeeze her crop when you picked her up? How old is she? Does one leg seem weaker than the other? How does her crop feel now—empty, full, hard, soft and puffy? Can you give her some water and a few drops of Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell?

Maybe ? She's almost 2 years old, no she's standing good actually able to fly up to her roost, laid an egg today, it feels full? I did give her some zyfendA for digestion problems
