So for the past few months my 2 yr old black australorp hen or so I thought stopped laying and she started doing a rooster job. She started mounting a few of my other hens and only these ones they seem to squat for her and everything. I have also seen my leghorn squat for those hens who get mounted by the australorp but the hens don't mount her they just act confused and leave. Anyway I was wondering if a hen could switch from hen to male or is it just some weird hormone imbalance if so how can I fix it?

Completely normal for a hen that age to stop laying during the winter months. Also completely normal for a dominant hen to mount other birds. She will likely resume laying in a few more weeks. Days are getting longer now.
