Hen unable to fly.

Does anyone have any idea why my Wyandotte hen all of a sudden can’t fly up on the roost? She had this kind of problem back in the summer but I think she may have hurt her leg somehow. I kept her by herself until she was better but it seems she’s having the same problem again. Thank you in advance for any info.

Could be she got hurt, could be she is getting picked on and is not allowed up the roost. Do you have a ramp to allow her ease to getting up to it?

Does she seem to be limping at all, or just having a hard time flying up to the roost? I once had a hen who developed water belly, making it hard for her to get herself up onto the perch.
