My Buff Orpington hen has been acting sick lately, kind of lethargic, and she has had a bad poopy but. Any ideas as to what it could be?

When did she last lay?
Is it just poop or is it yellow/white goopy smelly sticky stuff?

Maybe vent gleet but more common is internal laying unfortunately.

How old is she?
I'm not sure when she last laid. It looked like poop, but it was kind of yellowish and it smelled bad. I got her in spring of last year.

The really bad smell has me thinking vent gleet.

Can you get a picture of her mess to help confirm?

If it is gleet ......
Then I would recommend a bath with Epsom salt and good ole monistat. The monistat I would apply topically and feed her a 1/2" long by the diameter it dispenses piece twice a day.
You may have to bathe her more than once.

Hello, sir! I was thinking coccidiosis, but I guess I'm wrong. Yes, see if she'll eat some scrambled or boiled egg bits. Or you could do what I do: hunt around in your yard for grasshoppers! They are the best 'chicken candy'.

Her crop feels like it's filled with water. She hasn't been eating as much.
Here are some pictures:
