This is my first year with chickens and at first I thought one of my one year old hens was just molting but she was picking at herself tonight and I took a closer look. The skin under her wing feathers appears to be peeling away and leaving her completely raw. All my other hens seem to be fine, the others that had been molting too are all feathered out again. Any idea what this is and what I should do? Should I bathe her? I have wound cote but it seems like an awfully big area to put that on.

That looks like an injury. It's possible that a pin feather broke and the bleeding attracted the other birds to start pecking. Clean that wound as best as you can, apply some antibiotic ointment, and keep her separated and under a heat lamp tonight. If you have them on hand, add some electrolytes or vitamins to her water.
