Hen with some type of bruise

Hello my name is David and I'm new here
I have 5 silkies 2 boys and 3 girls
One of my girls has some type of bump on her breast bone it's reddish and purple
She's acting normal. I think it was probably the rooster since he's pretty big compared to her... Should I be worried?

I think it does look like an impacted feather follicle. Clean the area and see if you can find a feather that is imbedded into the skin. Pull it out. Clean the area well after pulling, then apply triple antibiotic ointment. Keep her on clean dry bedding.
