I have a Rhode Island Red hen that will not leave the coop. I've noticed that her top beak is broken off and that part of her cone on her face is white. Is she sick? Does she need to be culled? Would you eat her? These are my questions. I'm new to raising chickens.

If you think that she suffered physical injury, and recovery does not look good, then you have to do what you think is best. If a chicken is sick from other diseases, other than physical, injury, I don't suggest eating such.
This is slightly difficult for me to answer, since I only keep chickens as pets. Would be too difficult to eat them.
Just so you know.... I eat plenty of chickens from the grocery store. I also chicken out at KFC. as well.
    WISHING YOU BEST. and [IMG]

A pic of the injuries and more information about your birds and coop/run would help.
