hen wont open her left eye :(

hi i just noticed one of my 3 yr old hens wont open her left eye

i think she might have had a fight with one of the other hens since i saw them crashing and biting into each other.
the other hen too had a few scratches on her face near her eye too!

could it be thats why my hen wont open her eye ? or might it some sort or virus / infection going around and the fighting was a coincidence ?

what do i do ??
