I have 2 blue Araucanas, born in March, that have never laid. The other 4 chickens have been laying regularly since their 20th week. What gives?

Do you have pics of them so we can confirm they are hens? Sometimes Araucanas don't start laying until they're almost a year old. They're not a production breed.I have 2 blue Araucanas, born in March, that have never laid. The other 4 chickens have been laying regularly since their 20th week. What gives?
Here are 2 pics. I think they're hens, though they're not tailless.Do you have pics of them so we can confirm they are hens? Sometimes Araucanas don't start laying until they're almost a year old. They're not a production breed.
Thanks ChickNanny. Here are pics.Picture of the two would help us determine if they are truly pullets. Attached an article about Araucanas .... They are not production birds, maybe 3 eggs per week and they are smaller birds (not bantams) so may take longer to "mature"
