Hens eating eggs

I am finding at least one egg destroyed every day. How do I stop them from eating the eggs?

Had the problem, I had or found two reasons, they were making nests with straw or hay which we use for bedding, and thus breaking any existing laid eggs and eating the broken eggs, and I began adding more grit to their food.,

We also attempt to collect the eggs several times during the day

roll out trays
