Does anyone know what causes swelling like this? And would amoxicillin help?

Her feet are normal looking. No injuries or anything. She hasn't been using her foot. Just hopping

I've had her for a year now, never had any problems. No leg bands. She ended up losing her feet but she's still doing well with the flock. Eating and getting around so far. The other hens usually stay close to her during the day. My ex says to put her down, but she seems fine?

She lost both feet? The only thing I can think of that would have caused that would be frostbite.

Putting her down would be a decision that you make. If she is able to eat/drink, is participating with the flock and is in a protected/predator proof run, then wait and see if she continues to do o.k. Since she lost the feet, she won't be roosting, so you will want to keep her rear end clean and I would inspect her regularly for lice/mites and keep those under control too.

Keep us posted on her progress.

Thank you. I don't think it was frost bite, as it never turned black. She's doing great otherwise. She's getting extra love and attention from the kids. She enjoys being fed apples. I was worried the other hens would pick on her but so far they are all still being nice to her.

They fell off. No blood or anything though. It's like they were healing as they were swelling. They fell off just below the swelling. She's able to walk on her leg stumps still and is keeping up well with the others. She has been using her tail more for balance. There have been a couple of times I've caught her trying to perch on a railing, because she's used to having her feet. She's adapting well though to the change.
