Hens mounting each other?

We have 8 hens that we have raised from scratch that are now laying. They are about 22 weeks old and doing well. They are still in the early stages of laying, putting out mostly small to medium sized eggs, with a few large ones here and there. I thought for sure that all of my birds were hens, but I just noticed one of the Barred Rocks "mounting" one of the other BR's. In previous flocks several years ago I never witnessed this behavior.

Is this common with very young laying hens? Or do I possibly have a closet Roo in the bunch?

Thanks y'all.

It could be roosters, but if there's no other indicators that they're male (longer tail feathers, bigger comb) then it's probably just a hen. It's normal for them to mount each other. In some cases, in the absence of a male, one hen will take on the role herself. I have a speckled sussex that grew longer spurs and started mounting the others, but still lays eggs daily.
