Hens not laying

So our chickens started molting around October, and have since fully regrown their feathers. We have a light in the coop that runs from 7am to 7pm, and they haven't started laying again yet. We put the light in a few weeks ago. They are about 1.5 years old. Does anybody have any advice?

Same thing is going on with my hens. One of them has finally started laying again. Give them time, and they'll pick up eventually. They're most likely still growing in some feathers that you're not noticing.
My hens are the same age as yours, and started molting at the same time. I think my Buff Brahma was done molting, then she decided to molt longer. Only 2 out of 6 of my hens of that age is actually laying right now.

I noticed with my hen after she finished molting. It took her a month and half to start laying again. I think her body was getting back into the rhythm.

I don't use extra lighting to induce my hens to lay in the winter. I let them do what they need to do to keep them healthy.

If they were my birds and they molted that late I'd turn the light off to let them winter cycle. Molting and egg laying both take a toll on the birds body.
