Hens or Roos? 3-4Week Old NH Reds

Any idea what I’ve got? I’m thinking the lighter two are hens and maybe the darker one with minimal black feathers, other two I haven’t got a clue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It’d be a lot easier to tell if you could head shots of all.Also one of them is not a NHR,looks like a Buff Orpingtons.
