I'm just going to guess by the fact that they are only 5 weeks old and going by comb development. Tails and saddle feathers are not reliable at this age. Posting again in a few weeks will help. Try and band with colored zip ties (loose enough to not slip off and check daily!!)

Agreed. Comb/wattles development, leg thickness, and stance is what I generally look for at this age.

They won't get their rooster looking tails until about 12 + weeks at that point you can start looking for the pointy saddle feathers too. At that point the combs would be quite obvious though
