Hens or Roos?

I need your help ASAP. I have to get confirmation that these are hens or roos by tomorrow as I am heading back to the farm where I got them. Let me know what you think.

They are all two and a half months old.

The ameraucana could be a pullet too. What makes everyone guess roo for that one? (not being argumentative, just trying to improve my skills at sexing chickens). Thanks
