hens or roosters

    can any body help I have 4 jubilles and one of them I thought was a hen started crowing today now im not sure about myself I think the bottom pic is a roo but if any body could tell me for sure about these 3 that would be great thanks for all the help

    The hackle and saddle feathers look Roo to me on all of them....how old are they? Sometimes with more than one rooster being raised together, others will not crow because they are not dominant. Fingers crossed for you though!

    that's what I thought but I really was hoping to b wrong they r 7 months I was hoping some one would tell me at lest 2 where hens but I think I got 4 roos and no hens

    I could be wrong, saddle feathers are the best attempt i have at sexing for most breeds!

    im new to these rare breeds ive never had a chicken at 7 month that I could not tell hens from roos I fell I love with the jubiles I spend alote of time with them and they r my pals but I cant see feeding just roos that's y I just now posted I just did not want to face that i have all roos and have to part with them

    Aw, well at least you got one! Theyre very very pretty! I personally really enjoy auto sexing breeds!

    yea I will def keep one hopefully get him a buddy I looked at the crested cream legbars I like the blue eggs I have a pair of spangled/mottled that r the same age and I just love the personality of them
