hens or roosters?

I just got 20 Cochin bantams to add with my already existing pair.. Well I separated ones I thought here roosters and other I'm pretty sure are hens.I have These 3 separated because I was not sure.. Expecally the 2 that look more alike.. They have combs but not as big as the others I assumed were roosters.. What do y'all think? Roosters are hens? They are breeding age and mating with the hens just no eggs yet. Not sure if everyone is the same age. I'm New to the page so I am still trying of figure everything out lol.

Those 3 look like cockerels.
