Hard to see, looks fairly small for the maturation of his comb and wattles. I can only guess that its a spangled OEGB
They are so TINY! How could that NOT be a pet even in an apartment?
Also yes, spangled OEG bantam looks right. Cute!
Its a Mille Fleur Spangled Spangler
I will take a picture of it standing up more. It was on my daughters hand sort of crouched down.
OK now this one is colored mille fleur or spangled, same thing, and it looks to be the same breed as the dutch porcelain you have.
These two colors have the same genetic make up. Except the porcelain one you have has an autosomal reccisive gene lavender added to the mille fleur color. It is in the homozygous state to express the porcelain color.
These look like dutch bantams or old english game bantams, they are so similar to each other I cant tell the difference, but maybe someone else can tell.
Well that was pretty good. I have some other pictures of this one I need to get added. I will try to do that at home. Most of my pictures end up too big to add.
looks and sounds like you have a really nice collection of bantams
I think so but thanks for your opinion.
