My chickens can come out of the large garden if they want- they just go through the fencing.
So they LIKE to stay in there most of the time. But we always have some of them out free ranging for a few hours until they want to go back in.
My beautiful Golden Campines and one BO like to get out especially.
Nice set up you have!
What are those trees in the tubs?
wow!!!!! how many chickens do you have? do you secure them up at night? thanks for sharing!
Quote:Do you mean the little green circular enclosures? Those are blueberry bushes. I need to put some chicken wire around each one come spring. Else they will be gone!
Oooooh, thanks for sharing!
Your Golden Campines ARE gorgeous - and obviously inquisitive.
Quote:I have somewhere around 90 now. Yes, they all go in the coops and shed at night. We have LOTS of predators.
What lovely children you have!
Chicken heaven! To think, it probably started with one little coop and a couple of chickens!
Thank you redhen, annie3001, gryeyes, and birdaholic for all the compliments!!!!!
They are my absolute pride and joy (of course after my two human children).
Also, I would like to note that for those of you who follow my posts where I say I keep my silkies separate....this and that, and then you see something different in my pics, I change things around ALL the time. I have reintegrated my flocks.
