Hi. I am a new chicken owner too. I have seven right now. Unfortunately, I have three roosters that I need to re-home. Does anyone have any suggestions for me. The neighbors are ready to kill me. The chickens are supposedly silkies, but they are definitely not 100% (one, I'm not even sure is 10% silkie).

When I get stuck with extra roosters, I make rooster stew or a gumbo. There is nothing like the taste of a fresh home raised chicken, cooked slow in a gravy.

Pleased to meet you, Liza! How about trying Craigslist? Be sure to have some lovely photos of your fluffy boys. It isn't easy to place roos, but you might give Craigslist a try. Very best of luck to you!
