(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am not new to chickens, we used to keep a large flock but stopped keeping chickens for a while. We recently got a new chicken, so I came here for advice. We first got chcikens about 5-6 years ago.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Currently only one.

(3) What breeds do you have?
A red junglefowl

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
I found it when I was looking up how to take care of my chicken.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Robotics.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
We have a dog who is afraid of the chicken.

I expected to grow up to be flighty...but she was incredibly sweet!

Red junglefowl can be quite sweet, a few years back a wild one with a hurt leg limped over to our property, we took care of him and when he recovered he stayed with us to take care of our flock.
