Here's one that has not been asked before, seaweed?

I purchased some seaweed salad that I like alot, but unfortunately there's a big difference in recipes between brands. I don't like the type I currently have and I have three pounds of it.

It's three types of seaweed, chili flakes, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. There is some salt but I thought I could rinse it.

What makes me hesitate, is that seaweed generally makes you feel full, I think because of the gelatinous texture and possibly expansion in your (a human's) stomach.

Should I just send it to the compost pile? I was curious if anyone had fed it.
