Hi! I'm brand new to this site and to chickens in general really. We just butchered our meat chickens yesterday and now that our house is built I have been given the okay for layers. The problem is-- I'm a bit passionate when it comes to animals 
I'm very much about getting heritage breeds and would like my chickens to be the same. I was looking into raising a flock of Dorkings for meat and BLrW for layers. In all my searching I can not find either- so I am turning to you all for HELP. Anyone know any breeders? I'd prefer breeders over hatcheries if possible. Thanks everyone!!
