Hi. We've raised Bourbon Reds for a couple years now in a rotational pasture system. 15 the the first year, 30 last year, and now about 50. All of our animals move in different paddocks to new ground every 3-5 days. We've had ok results using Primer One Poultry Netting, but also have lost a small handful every year to them getting tangled in the net either alone or also 2 fighting and tangled.

Trying to brainstorm a better way to fence them we started to wonder about using 3 single hot wires instead of the netting. One low, one med, one high. That way, instead of a tangle they would push through, because really they can get out if they want now…and do. The three wire would still offer them a designated area and possibly keep them somewhat contained.

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
