Adam, honestly I just can't tell at this point from a picture. Is the chick larger than the others?

I am going to say a roo. HE is poorly feathered and has large thick legs.

Adam, I still can't tell. The legs, to me, still do not seem as thick as I would expect in a cockerel and no wattles to speak of. The comb seems very thick and is a tiny bit pink at the back end, but still, I just cant call it yet. I go back and forth on this one. I have only had the single combed RIRs so far. Here is a comparison of Scarlett and her brother at about 4-5 wks old and maybe it will help. They are from Julie's stock as well, just single combed. Note the legs on the cockerel in the first pic.
