A new chickie Mom here, and loving it so far.
Of course we have only had them about a week thus far. My wonderful Hubby has been busy working on building the coop already. We did a lot of research before taking on this venture, about 3 months worth and decided what the heck...lets go for it!!
We live in the beautiful state of NC and are Grandparents of 4 soon to be 5 and parents to 3 wonderful kids and 1 fur baby! So why not add to the mix with some chickens right?!
I absolutely love this site, he and I have learned a lot here and I finally took the first step of joining. I can't wait to be able to share my stories with all the other chick Moms! And I look forward to getting to know you all!
