    Just joined, but not new to this site. I have learned so much from this site over the last four years that it is way overdue.

    Over that time i transformed my backyard.

    We kept 19 hens 3 blocks from the town square, in the historic district of a town of 10,000.
    Luckily they had no restrictions on number of chickens just couldn't created a noise or smell nuisance.

    Just thought i would share how much you can do in a small yard.
