Hi! My name is Alex, and I'm extremely new to chickens. I got my first chicks about five weeks ago, which is how old I'm assuming they are. I have four, one silkie, one americana, one barred rock, and one astralorpe. I also own three dogs and a horse that I love to spend time with. I ride horses for other people on occasion, and give lessons to young children as my schedule permits (I am a dual-enrolled student, full-time both high school and college). I live with my mom, dad, and grandma, though I will be moving out soon, hopefully to go to NC State University to pursue my major in Veterinary Medicine.
