    Hi everyone,

I am a new member from New Zealand. I've been reading the BYC forum for HOURS and I think its AWESOME!! [IMG]

I would be proud to say that I am a "chickaholic" but to be frank I've never raised chickens and don't know much about them (except what I remember from my childhood)

...but I can say that I am just nutty about all animals.

My reason for becoming a member is that before Christmas a young rooster turned up on our backyard. (Most likely he was abandoned, ...sadly it is not uncommon here )

We have been fostering him since, and I would like some help trying to identify his breed. I will post details and photos soon.
