Hi There! I live on a small farm in Texas where we raise cattle, alpacas, and chickens, along with several dogs and cats. I have had chickens for about 12 years, and I love to look at the Backyard Chicken posts for good advice. I have several breeds: Aracauna, Austrolorpe, Black Star, Silkies, Marans, and Wyandottes. I currently have 13 fully grown chickens and just purchased 31 chicks. I love seeing the different breeds and egg colors. I'm happy to be a part of this group!
